Essential Learning has recently become an accredited continuing education provider by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA). According to the AAMA, a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) recertifying their credential by continuing education, must accumulate 60 recertification points (1 point = 1 hour) in five years.
